Description

The City of East Palo Alto is requesting proposals to conduct follow-up studies and investigations related to the recently adopted Residential Permit Parking (RPP) Ordinance. The selected contractor will perform a citywide parking study to evaluate existing parking conditions, identify areas with parking constraints, develop criteria for establishing Residential Permit Parking Areas, and provide recommendations on permit area boundaries, enforcement hours, permit allocations, and program administration.
