Description
Alberta Parks operates various potable water and wastewater systems across the province, subject to multiple provincial regulatory requirements. Due to differences in system types and regional practices, there is difficulty in consistently tracking compliance activities. This RFP seeks proposals from qualified proponents to conduct a province-wide compliance review, identify regulatory requirements, assess adherence, and provide recommendations. The project will also develop a standardized Regulatory Compliance KPI Matrix and a centralized annual dashboard to monitor compliance across regions.
