St. Charles County is seeking bids for elevator maintenance and service as part of a rebid process. The vendor must guarantee the quoted prices for a period of ninety (90) days. The contract will be effective for a twelve (12) month period from the date of execution, with an option to renew for four additional twelve-month periods under the same terms and conditions.
