The City of Rocky Mount Communications, Marketing and Public Relations department is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional graphic and creative design services. - Government Buyer: - City of Rocky Mount, Communications, Marketing and Public Relations department, Purchasing Division - Scope of Services: - Up to 65 hours per month of graphic and creative design services - Deliverables include brochures, magazines, flyers, billboards, social media graphics, web banners, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, website graphics, and other visual communication materials - Creation of templates and collateral for Adobe Creative Cloud applications (such as InDesign and Photoshop) and Microsoft Word - All designs must be suitable for third-party printing - Vendor must accommodate expedited turnaround times for urgent projects - Stock photography costs must be included in the service - All intellectual property rights for accepted designs will transfer to the City - Contract Details: - Initial one-year term with options to renew for two additional one-year terms - Up to 65 hours of service per month, with a monthly budget of $5,500 - Unused hours may carry over; scope and pricing may be renegotiated if service needs exceed 65 hours for two consecutive months - Renewal price increases capped at 15% - Printing services are not included and will be procured separately - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Notable Requirements: - Adherence to City branding guidelines - Ownership of all accepted design work transfers to the City - Ability to provide expedited service for urgent requests
