This solicitation is for a vendor to provide National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference (NELAC) and Program (NELAP) assessments for the Water and Wastewater Services Lab in Pompano Beach, FL, and the Environmental Monitoring Lab in Davie, FL.
