The U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur, under the Department of State, is seeking a 12-month Integrated Pest Management contract for its Chancery and GOP facilities. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State - U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur - Services Requested: - Comprehensive pest management covering rats, mice, cockroaches, ants, subterranean and non-subterranean termites, and mosquitoes - Service locations include multiple embassy properties - Product/Service Line Items: - Cockroach Control Program: 12 monthly applications of residual insecticides - Common Ants Control Program: 52 weekly residual sprayings - Rats/Mice Control Program: 78 installations/servicings of Tamper Resistant Bait Stations with approved anti-coagulant rodenticides - In-Ground Termite Monitoring: 12 monthly inspections and maintenance of termite bait stations - Mosquito Fogging: 52 weekly oil smoke fogging treatments using Malathion or equivalent - Mosquito Misting: 52 weekly water-based misting treatments using pyrethrin - Notable Requirements: - Use of approved pesticides and compliance with safety standards - Coordination with embassy personnel for scheduling and access - Electronic submission of quotations - SAM.gov registration required for proposals exceeding $40,000 - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - The contract will be awarded as a single purchase order for the full service period

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for the procurement of Chancery and GOP Pest Management Service (2026-2027).

The Embassy intends to award a single purchase order / contract for the required services.

Kindly refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for further details. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov marked “Quotation Enclosed –Chancery and GOP Pest Management Service (2026-2027)” to the Contracting Officer, General Services Office, Kuala Lumpur on or before 12:00 noon on September 7, 2026.

No quotations will be accepted after that time. For any quotations above $40,000 USD, the Contractor must have valid and active registration in SAM.gov at the time of proposal submission.
