Description

This project involves the maintenance and preservation of environmental assets including landscape planting beds, individual trees, turf areas, stream sites, and wetlands within MDOT facilities and right-of-ways, easements held by MDOT, and areas under agreement with MDOT in Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties (District 1). The work includes management of landscape areas such as pruning, weed control, and debris removal; management of turf areas including mowing and trimming; installation and establishment of trees, shrubs, perennials, bulbs, and turfgrass sod; and additional maintenance activities like mulching, herbicide application, watering, stone installation, and insecticide application.
