This solicitation is for the qualification, furnishing, and delivery of liquid cationic dewatering polymer in 275-gallon intermediate bulk containers for use at the City of Waco Bull Hide Wastewater Treatment Plant. The contractor is responsible for providing all product, delivery units, transportation, delivery labor, unloading equipment, liftgate service when requested, documentation, technical assistance, qualification-test support, safety equipment, and other necessary materials and services to complete each delivery and delivery unit exchange.
