Description

This solicitation is for furnishing and delivering liquid aluminum sulfate in 275-gallon intermediate bulk containers for use in phosphorus removal at the City of Waco Bull Hide Wastewater Treatment Plant. The contractor is responsible for providing all aluminum sulfate, totes, transportation, delivery labor, unloading equipment, liftgate service when requested, documentation, technical assistance, and other necessary materials and services to complete each delivery and tote exchange. The detailed specifications are provided in Appendix D. The project is open for bids until August 20, 2026, and questions are due by August 12, 2026.
