This Invitation to Bid seeks a qualified contractor for the deployment of up to 1,500 tons of secondary-use concrete culvert materials offshore of Okaloosa County, Florida. The materials are staged at 765 County Hwy 83A E, Freeport, FL, and are provided by Okaloosa County. The project is funded through the Coastal Corridor Project, a state-funded initiative implemented by the Fish & Wildlife Foundation of Florida and administered via grant contract with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
