Description

This is a Design-Bid-Build construction project to remediate existing pedestrian facilities and bring them into compliance with current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards at 57 sites. The scope includes sidewalk, driveway, curb and gutter replacement; curb ramp installation; asphalt concrete patch repair; concrete intersection gutter repairs; tree removal, planting, canopy trimming, and root pruning; landscape restoration; removal and replacement of roll gate and track; adjustment of utility boxes and vaults to grade; and removal and reinstallation of water meters. The project is managed by the Engineering Bureau, Public Works, City of Los Angeles.
