Description

The City of San Bernardino is soliciting proposals to restore and recommission its Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling station to full operational status. The selected contractor will perform a comprehensive inspection, testing, repair, and recommissioning of the facility, including evaluation of all station equipment and systems, identification and repair of deficiencies, and verification of safe operation. The scope includes compressors, gas dryers, storage vessels, dispensers, piping, valves, controls, electrical systems, emergency shutdown devices, gas detection systems, and associated safety equipment. After recommissioning, the contractor will provide ongoing preventive and corrective maintenance services to sustain operational readiness, including scheduled inspections, routine servicing, and response to unscheduled outages. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, manufacturer recommendations, and industry codes and standards.
