The City of Hialeah Information Technology Department is soliciting bids for the installation of new 10 Gbps fiber optic cables connecting various buildings within the north compound of the City. The project includes fiber runs between the Police Main Station, Emergency Operations Center, Police Training Building, Parks & Recreation Main Building, Construction & Maintenance Building, Solid Waste Building, and Fleet Maintenance. The installation will run concurrently with existing 1 Gbps connections to support the City's IT infrastructure. The project must be completed within 60 days of the Notice to Proceed, with work hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
