Description

The City of Redmond is seeking qualifications for the design and construction of a new teen center to be located on the site of the former Old Fire House Teen Center in Redmond’s downtown core. The project will be contracted through a progressive design-build agreement, with a budget of $35,000,000. The design and construction schedule spans from January 2027 to early 2031, with a focus on meaningful collaboration, community engagement, and expedited delivery.
