Description

The Village of Ceylon is seeking qualified contractors to fully replace the roof of the Ceylon Rink and reinforce compromised structural components. The work includes removal and disposal of existing roofing materials, installation of a new metal roof system with weatherproofing, and assessment and reinforcement or replacement of weakened trusses and beams with stamped engineering documentation. Site preparation, safety measures, hazardous material identification and mitigation, and compliance with building codes and permits are required. The project timeline is approximately August 20 to November 1, 2026, with bids due by August 14, 2026.
