Description

The Missouri Department of Transportation's Central District has determined that only one source, Rhythm Engineering, LLC, can provide the department with INSYNC, real time adaptive traffic control systems, maintenance, warranty work and replacement parts. Purchases will be made on an as needed basis throughout the contract period from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with two additional one-year renewal option periods. This is a single feasible source procurement.
