The City of Longwood is requesting information and feedback from qualified design professionals, professional geologists, engineers, water well contractors, well drillers, and other experienced industry participants regarding the City’s current water supply well scope of work, specifications, and design requirements. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain industry input to identify omissions, ambiguities, inconsistencies, or unnecessary requirements; confirm that the proposed scope and specifications are complete, constructible, and consistent with current industry standards and practices; identify required work, permitting, testing, coordination, sequencing, and performance requirements; and develop a clear and competent scope of work and specifications for a potential future competitive solicitation.
