Description

The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide general labor services on an as-needed basis at MES-operated facilities including the Midshore I Transfer Station and Landfill, Midshore II Landfill, and Caroline County Homeowner Dropoff facilities. The number of laborers requested daily will be determined by the MES Manager with an 18-hour advance notice. Workers must be able to communicate effectively in English. The contract covers general labor services for three projects.
