The State of Minnesota intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for gift card incentive services to State of Minnesota agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members with the purpose of awarding one or more contracts. This Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit information related to the required gift card incentive services. No contract will result from responses to this RFI, and the State will not pay for any information or costs incurred in preparing responses. Responders should provide thorough answers to enumerated questions and may include supplemental documentation. Responses are due by August 3, 2026, at 4:00 PM Central Time.
