The Town of Wells is soliciting sealed bids for the fabrication and installation of a new gutter and downspout system above the apparatus bays on the backside of the Public Safety Building located at 1563 Post Rd. The work includes supplying and installing approximately 100 feet of gutter guard with ice block prevention, and the gutter and downspout system made from 24-gauge flat stock. Bidders must submit proposals by August 19, 2026, and include an estimated time frame for project completion. The work site must be cleaned daily to ensure safety for the Fire Department, and all work must meet applicable industry and safety standards.
