Description
The City of Redlands is soliciting proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to provide professional services in support of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance for the proposed development of a new fire station on an existing City-owned site near the intersection of Lugonia Avenue and Judson Street. The project involves development of a fire station and associated site improvements on a portion of an existing City-owned site with an estimated disturbance area of approximately 1 to 1.5 acres. The scope includes preparation of an Initial Study and related technical evaluations, with optional services for additional CEQA documentation if needed. The consultant will provide environmental analysis, technical support, and attend meetings as required.
