Description

The City of Calgary, on behalf of the Calgary Police Service, is seeking proposals for a commercial off the shelf Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution to replace the existing scanning system. The solution must support batch scanning of physical documents, OCR/ICR based metadata extraction, validation workflows, and automated export of documents and metadata to OpenText Content Server. It must support on premises or Protected C deployment, integrate with CPS’s Microsoft environment, and comply with CPS security, privacy, access control, and audit requirements. The project is divided into three phases: proof of concept, implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support. Case management and evidence management functionality are out of scope.
