The University of Lethbridge is seeking a qualified construction manager to provide pre-construction and comprehensive construction management services for the University Hall Structural Rehabilitation. The scope includes planning, procurement, and execution of Phase 1 Structural Remediation, with future involvement in subsequent structural works and a comprehensive renovation called the Destination Project Phase II. The project involves building and facility construction and maintenance services, engineering, and research and technology-based services.
