Charlotte Water Bypass Pumping Services Solicitation

Charlotte Water, part of the City of Charlotte, is seeking vendors to provide bypass pumping services for its water and wastewater facilities. - Government Buyer: - Charlotte Water (City of Charlotte, Mecklenburg County) - Products and Services Requested: - Rental or lease of pumps and pump accessories for bypass pumping (NIGP 98157) - Bypass pumping services for gravity sanitary sewer collection systems, sewage lift stations, dewatering of large excavation areas, and process units at water and wastewater treatment plants - Both stationary and mobile bypass pumping services - Maintenance, installation, dismantling, plug line service, and fuel (with pricing included) - Minimum of three staff per service crew - Equipment Requirements: - All equipment must be new, in current production, and of first-rate quality - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - Notable Requirements: - Services are required on an as-needed basis - Vendors must provide all necessary labor, equipment, and fuel - Emphasis on quality and current production equipment

Description

Charlotte Water, a Department of the City of Charlotte, is seeking Bypass Pumping Services. These services include providing pumps and equipment for gravity sanitary sewer collection system/sewage, lift stations, dewatering of large excavation areas, and various process units at its Water Treatment Plants and Wastewater Treatment Plants on an as-needed basis. Stationary bypass pumping is needed at plant locations, and mobile bypass pumping is needed for field service orders.
