Description

The Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) is seeking a supplier to provide general pest control services at 39 Browder St., Clayton, AL 36016. The services include monthly pest control to control pests such as roaches, ants, silverfish, mice, rats, fleas, ticks, and spiders, performed inside and outside with recalls as needed at no additional charge. Termite inspection and treatment are excluded. The contract period is 12 months with options to renew up to five years, and price increases up to 5% are allowed upon renewal with proper documentation. Payment will be made in arrears.
