Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The period of investigation covers October 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025. This final affirmative determination follows a preliminary determination and includes verification of sales and production data from specific Vietnamese companies. The determination includes assigned dumping margins and instructions for suspension of liquidation and cash deposits.
