Description

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on the extension of an existing information collection related to recordkeeping and reporting practices at solid waste disposal facilities. This information collection request (ICR) is currently approved through March 31, 2027, and the EPA is requesting an extension. The collected information will be used by State Directors to confirm compliance with regulations under 40 CFR part 258. The respondents include owners or operators of municipal solid waste landfills, including federal, state, and local governments, and private waste management companies.
