Description

This action adds products and services to the Procurement List that will be furnished by nonprofit agencies employing persons who are blind or have other severe disabilities, and deletes products and services from the Procurement List previously furnished by such agencies. The additions include lawn care services for NOAA in Miami, FL, and base operations services for the US Air Force at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. The purpose is to ensure continued federal procurement from qualified nonprofit agencies and to create jobs for people with significant disabilities. The effective date for these changes is August 29, 2026.
