Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of large diameter graphite electrodes from the People's Republic of China. The investigation period covers January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination. The final determination will be aligned with the final antidumping duty determination, scheduled no later than December 7, 2026.
