Description
This notice is for the proposed extension of an information collection request related to hazardous waste management programs. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public comments on the proposed information collection request (ICR) which is currently approved through March 31, 2027. The ICR involves the submission of official applications by states to EPA Regional offices for approval of hazardous waste programs or revisions to previously authorized programs. The information collected will be used by EPA to determine whether state programs meet statutory and regulatory requirements under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
