The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that certain exporters of hydrofluorocarbon blends from China sold merchandise at less than normal value during the review period from August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024. The review also found that Zhejiang Yonghe Refrigerant Co., Ltd. had no shipments of the subject merchandise to the U.S. during this period.
