Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that the individually examined producers/exporters of large diameter welded pipe from the Republic of Korea did not make sales at less than normal value during the period of review from May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. The review is being rescinded in part for 15 companies due to no reviewable suspended entries during the period. Interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results. The notice includes details on assessment rates, cash deposit requirements, and instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection for liquidation of entries.
