DelDOT seeks professional consulting services to evaluate and enhance the existing CTP project prioritization process. The current CTP criteria were last updated in 2025 to incorporate new tools developed by DelDOT staff and new state data sources. The project aims to ensure the prioritization process reflects modern data sources, current policy goals, long-range plans, best practices, and public opinion. This effort is funded through the Prioritization Process Pilot Program discretionary grant program (P4/PPPP).
