This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks a qualified consulting team to conduct a comprehensive Road Needs Study and Asset Management Planning for the Municipality's entire road network, covering all roadway classes. The work includes validating existing road inventory and data, performing field condition assessments, developing a transparent and repeatable road condition and prioritization methodology, recommending treatments and lifecycle plans, creating GIS-compatible datasets, and preparing financial scenarios to aid capital planning and asset management reporting.
