This opportunity is issued by the 60th Operations Support Squadron (OSS) / Operations Support Logistics (OSL) at Travis Air Force Base, California, to support Aircrew Flight Equipment maintenance. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 60th Operations Support Squadron (OSS) / Operations Support Logistics (OSL) - Products and Services Requested: - 11 Composite Tool Kit (CTK) Workstations - Must meet specific requirements: 72" (H) x 80.75" (W), at least three standard drawers and one large drawer, non-splintering surface with half-inch absorbing padding, horizontal rail system for hanging equipment, horizontal LED lighting with dual 110v power outlet and breaker, and locking wheels for mobility - Includes all freight, labor, assembly, installation, and accessories - 12-month equipment warranty required - Assembly and installation services for all 11 workstations - Performed by trained professionals, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM - Includes time for Aircrew Flight Equipment personnel inspection and repair recommendations - Removal of one high density mobile storage system - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Offerors must provide verifiable technical documentation, engineering layouts, or dimensional blueprints to certify their ability to construct the workstations to the specified requirements - All workstations must be delivered, assembled, and installed on-site - Warranty coverage for at least 12 months after receipt - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or vendor brands are mentioned in the solicitation - All technical details and requirements are provided in the attached Statement of Work and visual documents

Description

1. This pre-solicitation notice is in accordance with FAR 5.101(c). This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), a Request for Proposal (RFP), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Government is not soliciting quotes or proposals at this time.

2. Description:The 60th Operations Support Squadron (OSS) / Operations Support Logistics (OSL), Travis AFB, CA has a requirement for contractors to provide Composite Tool Kit (CTK) Workstations and remove 1 high density mobile storage system in order to support the maintenance of Aircrew Flight Equipment.

3. Procedures for Award: The Government intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and award a firm-fixed-price Purchase Order. The award basis is anticipated to include technical acceptability and price.
