CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE ALL MATERIALS LABOR TOOLS SUPERVISION PERSONAL AND ANYTHING ELSE NECESSARY TO COMPLETE REPAIRS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK.
VENDOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN SAM.GOV PRIOR TO AWARD.
QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED BESED ON THE TRADE OFF PROCESS. NON COST FACTORS SUCH AS TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND PAST PERFORMANCE ARE APPROXIMATELY EQUAL TO COST OR PRICE.
