The Government intends to make a sole source award to Cornell-Carr Co., Inc. as they are the OEM and sole source for this, non-commercially available, Electric Heated Glass Panel required for the wheel house fixed heated window aboard the USNS CESAR CHAVEZ (T-AKE 14).
