This opportunity is for preventative maintenance and repair services for GE CRxFlex II Nondestructive Inspection (NDI) X-ray systems at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 4th Contracting Squadron (CONS SQ CC), Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina - Offices: Nondestructive Inspection Section and 4th Combat Squadron - OEMs and Vendors: - General Electric Inspection Technologies (GEIT) is the primary OEM for the CRxFlex II systems - Baker Hughes certification is required for all personnel performing the work - Products/Services Requested: - Preventative maintenance and repair for two GE CRxFlex II NDI X-ray systems - Includes mechanical, electrical, and optical inspections, firmware updates, calibration, and performance verification per OEM specifications - Provision of all labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and replacement roller spare parts kits - One-year warranty on workmanship and parts - Detailed service report with recommendations required within five business days post-maintenance - Firm fixed price contract with options for four additional one-year periods (total potential duration: five years) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All maintenance must be performed by personnel certified through Baker Hughes - Strict adherence to OEM (GEIT) maintenance procedures - Service must be scheduled during standard business hours, with flexibility for non-operational hours if needed - Electronic invoicing via WAWF is required

Description

Seymour Johnson AFB is requesting quotes for a Five-year Firm Fixed Price contract for Preventative Maintenance (PM) on Nondestructive Inspection (NDI) CRxFlex Il systems. PM is the essential service building block to ensure optimal performance and availability of X-ray system from GEIT. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform system PM on two (2) CRxFlex Il systems including applicable replacement roller spare parts kit.

In addition, the contractor shall provide a summary report complete with recommendation actions (if any). Contractor shall be certified through Baker Hughes to provide the requested work. 

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
