The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Trimble Military and Advanced Systems (Trimble). The requirement is for the purchase of the following supply: GPS Receiver (Force 5M Force 5M GRAM-S/M, SSV D730), QTY: 4. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220: Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, and the business standard size is 1250 employees.
