Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12445526Q0113 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for MOF Elk Lick Dam Decommissioning & Restoration.
PROJECT SUMMARY: The USFS is pursuing a Purchase Order for decommissioning and restoration construction services on the Monongahela National Forest Elk Lick Dam. Work includes removal of an existing concrete gravity dam and restoration of a stable stream channel through the former reservoir footprint. Services shall be performed by the awardee in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation, including those found in the solicitation attachments.
SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business entities under NAICS 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction (Size Standard: $45M).
