Description

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island Arsenal is issuing this Sources Sought Notice for the Install Utilities for RV Campground Site construction project located at the U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) in Rock Island, Illinois.  

Project Summary – This project consists of furnishing labor, equipment, and material to install utilities for a new RV Campground Site. The work includes the installation of an 8" HDPE water main with a fire hydrant, a 1" poly gas main with a meter, and a 13.8 KV overhead electrical feed to a 750 KVA transformer. The scope also includes excavation and the repair of existing surfaces to match the original condition.

The Contractor shall be required to commence work under this contract within 45 working days after the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP), prosecute the work diligently, and complete the Scope of Work in 180 working days. See attached Statement of Work dated June 26, 2026.

Interested sources should provide responses no later than 3:00pm Central Time on August 10, 2026.
