Description

The Digital Development Services ITQ aims to qualify contractors to perform digital service work for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's executive agencies, ensuring digital experiences are simple, seamless, and secure. This contract covers fixed price, deliverables-based digital development IT services projects, excluding hardware, software, and staff augmentation purchases. Contractors must register with the Commonwealth and complete qualification requirements electronically through the PA JAGGAER Portal. The contract duration is from June 2, 2025, to June 2, 2030, managed by the Department of General Services.
