Description
The Government of Canada, through the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), is seeking proposals for Property and Tenant Management Services for selected multi-unit rental properties in Southern Ontario. The contract will be non-exclusive with a duration of 3 years starting December 1, 2026, and ending November 30, 2029, with an option to extend for an additional 2 years, for a maximum total of 5 years.
