Description

The École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) seeks to improve its continuing education management ecosystem by implementing an integrated solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, replacing the current SysInfo system. The project aims to design, deploy, and integrate an ecosystem supporting ERP, CRM, and LMS functionalities, with potential integration of third-party solutions like Moodle. The scope includes supporting operations such as management, sales, customer service, registration, training delivery, learner tracking, and billing. The project involves a team of 16, managing approximately 600 public and private training sessions annually, with 8,000 participants, 150 trainers, and 300 different training offerings.
