Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking an independent actuarial costing analysis of the federal workers’ compensation regime. The analysis will cover short-, medium-, and long-term direct and indirect costs if the current regime remains unchanged or if two modernization options are implemented. It will include costs for the overall regime, the five federal employers with the highest claim volumes, and a sample of federal employers with moderate claim volumes. The contract duration is approximately 10 months, starting around October 15, 2026, and the procurement is open only to qualified Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS Tier 1 in the specified categories and region.
