Road Maintenance and Drainage Improvements for NFSR 462 and 462A (Restricted to Region 3 FERM BPA Holders)

This opportunity is for road maintenance and drainage improvements on National Forest System Roads 462 Chamiso Canyon and 462A Sandia Heliport in New Mexico, managed by the USDA Forest Service Southwest Region. - Solicitation is restricted to Region 3 FERM Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders in New Mexico. - Scope includes: - Hauling, placing, and spreading road material - Culvert replacements and removals (multiple sizes and locations) - Ditch and drainage corrections, armoring with Class 1 Rip Rap - Guardrail installation (including 90' on road curve) - Road grading, reconditioning, and reshaping outlets - Installation of water bars and drainage dips - Quantities specified: - 4 tons of Class 1 Rip Rap - 810 tons of Class A subbase - 2 miles of road reconditioning - 283 linear feet of 24" culvert replacement, 32 linear feet of 36" culvert replacement, 30 linear feet of 24" culvert removal - Work must begin within 10 days of notice to proceed and be completed within 60 days; construction is limited to September 15–April 15 due to fire operations. - No specific OEMs or branded products are required; materials must meet standard specifications for road construction and drainage. - Compliance with sustainable product guidelines and wage determinations is required. - Firm fixed price contract; detailed task lists and requirements provided in attachments.
