Description
The Whiteriver Indian Health Service (IHS) Hospital requires tree trimming services at the Cibecue Clinic, located in Cibecue, Arizona. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), transportation, disposal, and other resources necessary to complete the required tree trimming and removal services.
The project includes trimming multiple trees of varying sizes, removing one tree and grinding the stump, removing and disposing of all tree debris, protecting Government property during performance, and restoring the work area upon completion. The contractor shall also remove and reinstall sections of the chain-link fence, if required, and coordinate with the Whiteriver Service Unit Facility Management. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
