Description

ONLY CONTRACTORS on the DB/DBB IDIQ MACC NORTH AOR to include CT, DE, ME, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI,  and VT are allowed to bid

Base Bid: In B1259, replace the existing conventional fire alarm systems with new combined addressable fire  alarm and mass notification systems and rectification of sprinkler system coverage in elevator  machine rooms.

Bid Option 1: In B1258, replace the existing conventional fire alarm systems with  new combined addressable fire alarm and mass notification systems and rectification of sprinkler  system coverage in elevator machine rooms.

Bid Option 2: In B1259, includes the removal of  pre-action sprinkler systems and replacement with automatic wet pipe sprinkler systems. This scope  of work includes the subsequent ceiling removal and replacement in these rooms.

Bid Option 3: in B1258, includes the removal of pre-action sprinkler systems and replacement with automatic wet pipe  sprinkler systems. This scope of work includes the subsequent ceiling removal and replacement in  these rooms.
