The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt hereby issues this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the establishment of a single-award firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the provision of internet services at the U.S. Embassy Beijing, China. All interested and responsible offerors are invited to submit quotations in strict accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions contained in the attached solicitation documents.

IMPORTANT: Offerors must ensure full compliance with all stated requirements, performance standards, and submission instructions. Questions and quotations must be received by the due date and time specified in the solicitation. Late submissions will not be considered.
