The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Strategic Materials office is seeking a comprehensive Trade Data Monitor (TDM) subscription service for its users. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Strategic Materials, Strategic Planning, DLA Contracting Services Office Columbus Division 3 (DCSO-C3) - OEM/Vendor: - Trade Data Monitor, LLC is specified as the sole-source provider - Products/Services Requested: - Trade Data Monitor (TDM) annual subscription - Includes all Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes at the tariff-line HS level - Data from all reporting countries - Additional data fields: ports, provinces, modes of transport, and various country versions - Unlimited downloads for DLA Strategic Materials users - Access to USGS product groups (with USGS permission) - Conversion rates (e.g., barrels, WGE) - Training and technical support - Seamless administration and uninterrupted online access - Quantities and Period of Performance: - One annual subscription per year, with a 12-month base period and four one-year option periods (up to five years total) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Unlimited downloads and technical support - Uninterrupted access for all DLA Strategic Materials users - Annual invoicing only (no monthly invoices) - Proposal validity for 180 days after notice closes
